We spent months developing a NEW bipod line which accomplished a few things for more serious hunters.  The HK bipods are built more simple than our original (OG) line of bipods without sacrificing the quality.  We cut out the half bowl design, custom left or right hand tension lever & independent horizontal leg functions.  By eliminating these functions we were able to make a very light bipod with a huge range of CANT adjustment.  The HK bipods are light weight bipods but they are extremely durable & simple.

Whenever you eliminate functions you in turn decrease machine time, part count & production time of a product.  With that stated, we were able to pass these cost cuts down to customers which equaled a lower price point on the HK bipods.
