Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed during standard hours of operation M-F, unless otherwise stated on product sales pages. *Pre-Order items have tentative shipping dates but are subject to change. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipping estimates can be found while completing checkout and only ESTIMATES by FedEx, UPS or USPS and not guaranteed. If modifications are required to your order or rush shipment is needed, please contact us ASAP at info@getrokstedi.com and we can modify the shipment if it has not been shipped yet.

Notice for California Residents: Due to new state regulations effective January 1, 2026, we have updated our shipping policy. To process your order, we require a copy of a valid California Driver's License with a matching shipping address. Additionally, all shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. We currently accept international orders on a case by case basis. Please be advised that additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery of your package. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Fees will NOT be calculated or included with your transaction through Rok-Stedi Hunting Gear, LLC. Rok-Stedi Hunting Gear, LLC is not responsible for these charges, and we encourage you to check the international shipping regulations for the receiving country.

Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to or longer than 30 business days to be delivered. Be sure to continually check your tracking number (provided via email when your order ships) for delivery status. Rok-Stedi Hunting Gear, LLC will cover shipping charges associated with returns/exchanges if the customer received incorrect items in their shipment. If an international customer wishes to exchange or return items for any other reason, it will be the customers responsibility to cover international shipping costs.
